In the course of our engagements, we are often asked to review historical data from past assessments; note trends and/or themes; and in conjunction with our own assessments, chart a course for development that will lead to the needed expansion of skills and capacity.

Maxcomm’s process utilizes a core set of instruments that clearly assesses the following for senior executives and their teams:

  • how they are showing up as a leader within the organization
  • behaviors that may be limiting growth and change
  • underlying belief systems that may be associated with those behaviors
  • the kind of culture created under current leadership
  • the leader’s current level of functioning in terms of leadership process
  • the leader’s current stage of adult development and the resulting implications in terms of roles and responsibilities
