The Leadership Culture Survey (TLCS)

The Leadership Culture Survey™ (TLCS) identifies how teams, groups and organizations assess the existing leadership culture as it compares to the desired culture. Key opportunities for leadership development can be found in the space between “where we are” and “where we want to be.” TLCS provides insightful, analytical data in support of cultural transformation efforts; helps focus leadership development endeavors; outlines challenges to the existing culture associated with changes such as mergers, acquisitions and restructuring; and links leadership to productivity, profits, turnover and other bottom line measurements. TLCS also provides organizations with an opportunity to see how their leadership culture compares to the leadership culture of other organizations.
