Organizational Leadership Effectiveness Assessment™

The Organizational Leadership Effectiveness™ Assessment (OLEA) tool provides leaders with a clear view of how they collectively “show up” within their organization and the impact and contribution they are making. The OLEA tool evaluates measureable indicators of leadership effectiveness across all known domains impacting organizational leadership and is simple yet comprehensive in scope, providing a baseline for prioritization as well as for evaluating progress.

OLEA Process

Employees are asked to evaluate leadership effectiveness by completing an online assessment. This assessment – a questionnaire – measures both organizational leadership effectiveness and individual leader performance. Significant feedback is provided regarding leadership attributes, processes and team performance. The results provide clear direction for intervention work and enable senior leadership teams to more effectively prioritize areas for leverage and improvement.
