Maxcomm Evolves to Full Circle Group - Meet New Partners

We are excited to announce two new Maxcomm partners – Bob Anderson and Mark Sobol. Bob is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Leadership Circle ^TM and creator of The Leadership Circle Profile.  Mark’s thirty years of consulting has made him a trusted advisor and thought leader with CEOs, senior leaders and boards worldwide. The purpose behind this collaboration is to launch a new business April 1, 2010 – The Full Circle Group, a premier leadership consulting firm offering a full range of capabilities and capacity to the organizations we serve worldwide.     

As a thought leader and master practitioner in the world of leadership development, Bob Anderson has over twenty-five years of experience creating transformative executive development experiences and brings to Maxcomm/The Full Circle Group the full capabilities of The Leadership Circle ^TM (TLC). Bob is the creator of the most complete and fully integrated model of leadership in the field. Along with this powerful platform, TLC has created unsurpassed instrumentation and development processes. In addition, TLC is evolving a world class IT platform for both individual and organizational development. 

Mark Sobol is a seasoned business consultant and leadership effectiveness expert. For nearly thirty years he has worked primarily at senior levels for multi-national companies around the globe.
